Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

At The Alternative, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service team (Thealternative.customerservices@outlook.com) to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
2. Package Your Return: Securely package your item, including all original packaging and any accessories or documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the Item: Ship your return using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us (Thealternative.customerservices@outlook.com) and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
