1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account or checkout as a guest.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express. All payments are securely processed.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website using this number.

4. What are your shipping options?

We offer Standard 48 hour shipping within the UK . For detailed information on shipping rates and delivery times, please visit our shipping page.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately we only ship to the United Kingdom.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. For more details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately we don’t offer any gift cards at this current time however the team are busy working on offering gift cards. 

10. How can I contact customer service?
